Life Outcomes
The results you're experiencing: relationships, work, well-being, direction, finances, and the gap between intention and reality.
We build beliefs, patterns, and ways of responding over a lifetime. Some serve us. Others keep producing results we no longer want. The Hidden Architecture is a place to understand what you have built, question what no longer fits, and begin making different choices.
I'm Gavin Erickson, a retired U.S. Army First Sergeant and certified life and quantum coach. After 22 years of leading people from all walks of life, I learned how much trust, patience, and genuine curiosity matter. I also learned that the patterns we carry can shape our choices long before we recognize them.
I came to coaching because I wish I had understood some of my own patterns earlier. I want others to have the opportunity to explore theirs with someone in their corner. I bring direct questions, somatic awareness, reflection, and accountability. I will ask your permission before I challenge you, and I will never pretend to know your life better than you do.
Spirituality is an important part of my life and the way I understand my own journey. You do not have to share my beliefs to work with me. I respect the perspective you bring. My role is to walk alongside you, not to tell you who to become.
We are always becoming. The question is whether we are participating intentionally in who we become. Self-discovery is not a destination. It is something we keep doing throughout our lives.
Offered through Sacred Life · Life coaching, not psychotherapy or medical treatment.
When the same frustrations keep showing up, changing the surface behavior may not be enough. We get curious about the beliefs, experiences, and responses underneath it. Not to find someone to blame, but to understand what you can choose differently.
The results you're experiencing: relationships, work, well-being, direction, finances, and the gap between intention and reality.
Your decisions, habits, communication, boundaries, responses under pressure, and patterns of follow-through.
Your assumptions, identity, internal rules, values, protective strategies, emotional habits, and body-based signals.
The difference between understanding and evolution is integration. Awareness matters. What matters next is how you use it when a familiar reaction, difficult conversation, or important choice shows up in real life.
This is your journey, not mine. We start by understanding where you are, explore the patterns you want to change, and practice new ways of showing up in your actual life. The framework is structured, but the work is personal.
See your current patterns with greater precision.
Question old assumptions and practice alternatives.
Make change visible where it matters.
We meet individually each week for up to 90 minutes. Between sessions, you will have personalized practices such as journaling, mindfulness, meditation, and somatic awareness. You can reach out with questions or reflections within communication boundaries we agree on together. Optional group conversations are planned approximately every three weeks.

Discuss the ProgramFounding-client pricing is limited to the first five enrollments; availability will be confirmed during your discovery call. Payment plans divide the total investment into three installments. In-person sessions may be possible when Gavin is in your city; otherwise, sessions take place virtually. Coaching is not psychotherapy or a substitute for mental health care. Progress varies by individual, and specific outcomes are not guaranteed.
We establish a starting point, check progress at defined milestones, and look for changes in both your experience and your behavior. The aim is honest feedback rather than inflated promises.
Move the timeline to explore how a hypothetical client's self-ratings might evolve. These are invented example values, not observed client outcomes.
At the start and around weeks 4, 8, and 12, revisit agreed-upon goals, personal ratings, and relevant reflections. Optional established self-report tools may add context when appropriate.
Track observable commitments: boundaries practiced, conversations initiated, habits completed, or responses chosen differently in meaningful situations.
Define success in advance, review the evidence together, identify setbacks and contributing factors, and leave with a sustainable plan for continued practice.
Measurement philosophy: We can track self-efficacy, goal attainment, self-reported well-being, and client-defined behaviors. We cannot responsibly promise specific outcomes or use these measures as proof of clinical treatment effectiveness.
The Hidden Architecture draws on years of leadership, responsibility, and learning. No single experience provides all the answers.
More than two decades in the U.S. Army shaped how I think about leadership, responsibility, and what happens when pressure exposes our patterns. That experience informs my questions as a coach; it does not substitute for understanding your individual experience.
Family, connection, and everyday choices keep this work grounded. Change is meaningful when it shows up in how we live, relate, and follow through, not only in what we understand about ourselves.
I can explain my approach, but hearing from people whose lives I've been part of offers another perspective. These are their words.
I don't know where I'd be right now without you and all of the guidance you gave me in my early years. I wouldn't be half the man I am today.
I just wanted to tell you how much of an impact you had on my life at one of the most difficult and challenging times I've ever faced.
I can honestly say that you are one of the finest leaders I have ever encountered. Your mentorship has profoundly shaped my own leadership journey, and I would not be the leader I am today without your guidance.
Your leadership and guidance had a lasting impression on me that I believe contributed to my current success.
These testimonials reflect experiences with my leadership, mentorship, and coaching. The same commitment to listening, honest guidance, and personal growth is at the heart of The Hidden Architecture.
Tell me what has been happening, what you are hoping for, and what you have already tried. I will explain how I work, answer your questions, and we can decide whether this is the right fit. No pressure to enroll.
